This is super cool. What have you read that should be added to this list?

Ooh, manga even! Come to think of it, Magic Knight Rayearth did play a large role in my young adult life. I can’t wait for Dark Horse’s omnibus release!

Oh wow. I’ve read seven of these. Meanwhile, my love shines eternally for a couple authors on that list.

I’ve read 20 of these, and some are still sitting on my bookshelf at home. I swear I didn’t think anyone else read the Dealing with Dragons series or Island of the Blue Dolphins…everyone knows Judy Blume but there are some on here that are still good reads now, and that every girl should read.
